Steve Krouse Essay Notifier

Emails you when https://stevekrouse.val.run/ publishes a new essay.

How it works

A cron run fetches the homepage and parses the Essays section.
It stores the latest essay ID in Val Town Blob Storage (steve_krouse_latest_essay_v1).
It only sends an email when the top essay changes.

Behavior notes

First run initializes state and does not send an email.
Subsequent runs send one email per newly detected essay.
