various fixes to support newest platform version
- bump std/sqlite to a version where npm:@libsql is pinned as latest doesn't work with val.town
- reference VALTOWN_ENTRYPOINT to figure out what is the main val since we may be running in new custom subdomain, and parse val slug from new util parseVal
- val formatted automatically by editor
