IMPERIAL Core — Public Trust & NCA Quality

Purpose

This project is a public, machine-readable trust surface for IMPERIAL Core. It documents the public architecture identity, the NCA Professional Standard, the federated orchestrator registry, and explicit truth boundaries.

It intentionally does not expose private implementation, credentials, internal security wiring, confidential evidence or sensitive client data.

NCA Professional Standard v1

IMPERIAL Core NCA are intended to be bounded professional specialists rather than generic assistants with labels. The public standard defines seven gates:

  • Q0 — Identity & Scope
  • Q1 — Knowledge & Methods
  • Q2 — Tooling
  • Q3 — Verification
  • Q4 — Outcome
  • Q5 — Runtime
  • Q6 — Reputation

A score never overrides failed security, factuality, legal or runtime evidence.
