View Component for blob_admin_blob

Tweak to @pomdtr's blob_admin_view with a couple improvements:

  • Switches from code-mirror to a basic pre tag that wraps instead of scrolls.
  • Adds basic highlighting for JSON (a string blob that contains "{").
  • Adds copy button to the pre tag
