SDK versioning fix
Notes:
- The SDK version was pinned to an older version, so I unpinned it for now and updated the file accordingly
- Our docs are out of date for the SDK: https://docs.val.town/api/sdk/ (sorry!)
- Make sure you create a Val Town API key with vals:read-write access since the default one only has read access
