Kaggriculture Autolab Worker

STRATEGY AUTHORITY / READ-FIRST: this project is a compute sidecar only. Before any human/automation turns its results into a hypothesis, mutation or queue plan, read cleitoncosta/chat-native-maestro@economic-v0.6/artifacts/kaggriculture/00_READ_FIRST.md and require KAG_CONTEXT_PREFLIGHT=PASS. Sidecar state never overrides canonical strategic artifacts by itself.
