To create a form in Hubspot:

Select Marketing > Forms on the left sidebar.
Create form the form:
Fill in all the relevant fields + map them to your CRM
Publish
Get embed code
Replace what's in ./index.html with the embed code
Your form is now live in ./main.tsx!
