This val tracks the "claps" for my blog. You can clap a post as many times as you like, but that post must exist on my site. I don't track anything about who you are, or where your clap came from (just the post path, and the clap count), but I do email myself to let me know someone liked something I made 😊

You can't take back a clap, but you could definitely swamp me with troll-claps, if you wanted — but that'd be weird, don't do that.
