Workflow Instructions

Sunday

Open Finder
- Navigate to Downloads
- Open the folder 25_payroll
Access Square
- Go to Square Dashboard
  - Sign In
  - Should be in
    - Staff
    - Time Tracking
    - Timecards
  - Select the desired Week
  - Download Labor Cost (CSV)
    - Click Export
    - Click Export Labor Cost
    - Click Download
Open CSV File Viewer
- select Week
- Click Choose file and select csv and click Open
- Select Apple Changes
- Press Download All Files
Compose Email in Gmail
- Open Gmail
- Click Compose and type your message
Unzip Files
- Go back to Finder
- Unzip the downloaded files

Wait for Email from Accountant

Monday

Check Gmail
- Open Gmail
  - download pdf
- open PDF to JPG Converter
  - select Week
  - Click Browse... and select pdf and click Open
  - Press Download All Images as Zip and click Save
Unzip pdf Files
- Go back to Finder
- Unzip the downloaded pdfs
Check hours, make sure hours is correct.
