Open Finder

• Open the folder 25_payroll

Access Square

• Go to Square Dashboard
  • Sign In
  • Should be in
    • Staff
    • Time Tracking
    • Timecards
  • Select the desired Week
  • Download Labor Cost (CSV)
    • Click Export
    • Click Export Labor Cost
    • Click Download

Open CSV File Viewer

• select Week
• Click Choose file and select csv and click Open
• Select Apple Changes
• Press Download All Files

Compose Email in Gmail

• Open Gmail
• Click Compose and type your message

Unzip Files

• Go back to Finder
• Unzip the downloaded files

Check Gmail

• Open Gmail
  • download pdf
• open PDF to JPG Converter
  • select Week
  • Click Browse... and select pdf and click Open
  • Press Download All Images as Zip and click Save

Unzip pdf Files

• Go back to Finder
• Unzip the downloaded pdfs

Check hours, make sure hours is correct.
