During School: Picture day.
5:00pm - 6:30pm: Come see your student’s classrooms and hear from their teachers about what they are learning.
9:20 AM: To celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month, please join us for an assembly right after student drop off in the cafeteria. Our students in the Spanish track have been hard at work with their presentations and performances.
Veterans Day
9:00am - 10:00am: Come have coffee and donuts in front of the school after drop off. This is a chance to build community, meet other families, and get updates from the principal and PTA board members. We will meet in the library in case of bad weather. Every 2nd Friday of the Month.
Saturday 9:00am – 12:00pm: We will pick up trash from the school grounds and surrounding neighborhood. Meet at the front parking lot for supplies. We’ll provide trash bags and grabbers; please bring gloves. Come for all or part of the time -- families, students, and neighbors are all welcome. Let’s make our campus and surrounding sidewalks shine, rain or shine! RSVP here.
10:00am - 3:00pm: The Families Crafting Change Holiday Market gathers together local creators to provide unique, fun holiday gifts. All sales benefit the Southeast Schools Seattle Fundraising Alliance (SESSFA).

The Dearborn International School Parent Teacher Association (PTA), is an opportunity for student families and the broader community to partner with staff to help support our school. The PTA builds community and secures resources for school events and classroom needs. PTA involvement looks like volunteering, coordinating events, fundraising and participating so your family and values are seen and heard at Dearborn. Membership is open to all! When you sign up as a PTA member, your participation benefits your child and our entire school community. Join the PTA and you will grow your school connections and relationships while influencing our school culture so everyone feels a sense of belonging.
Becoming a member also gives you access to Washington State PTA membership discounts.
