Terms of use

These terms apply to the initial skills-only RUMBO Agent Reliability plugin distributed by RUMBO IA for OpenAI surfaces.

Scope

The plugin provides five evidence-first instruction skills for recovering canonical state, reconciling evidence, controlling bounded goal loops, verifying observed effects, and auditing final state. The initial release does not include a RUMBO-operated MCP server, remote tool, account connection, billing flow, write action, or production-control authority.

User responsibility

The plugin is intended to improve reasoning and verification workflows, not to replace required human approvals, access controls, professional judgment, or independent verification. Retrieved context and generated recommendations do not create authority to deploy, spend funds, modify external systems, or perform consequential actions.

Availability and changes

Capabilities, availability, compatibility, and these terms may change as the product evolves. Future releases that add remote services, external accounts, or materially different data handling may be governed by updated terms and privacy disclosures.

Third parties and warranties

OpenAI, ChatGPT, Codex, and other third-party names belong to their respective owners. These terms do not represent approval, endorsement, review acceptance, or publication by OpenAI. The plugin is provided without a guarantee that it will detect every stale state, contradiction, execution failure, or unsupported claim.

Privacy notice

This notice applies to the initial skills-only RUMBO Agent Reliability plugin published by RUMBO IA for OpenAI surfaces.

Plugin data handling

The initial RUMBO Agent Reliability release contains local instruction skills only. It does not include a RUMBO-operated MCP server, remote tool, external account connection, billing flow, write action, or RUMBO-operated execution backend.

RUMBO IA does not receive or store your prompts, files, conversation content, or skill execution data merely because you use these skills in ChatGPT or Codex. Data processed by OpenAI-hosted products is handled under OpenAI's applicable terms and privacy policies.

Support data

If you contact RUMBO IA for support, we use the information you provide only to respond, investigate the issue, and maintain necessary business/support records. Do not send passwords, API keys, session cookies, recovery codes, private keys, seed phrases, or other secrets.

Technical hosting providers for this public support site may process standard request logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and service operation.

Retention and changes

The skills-only plugin itself creates no RUMBO-side execution-data retention. Support correspondence may be retained as needed to resolve requests and maintain ordinary business records. If a future release adds remote services or account connections, this notice will be updated before that functionality is represented as covered by this policy.

Email sebastian@rumbo.verso.fans. Include the RUMBO product name, what you expected, what happened, the approximate time, and any non-sensitive error text that helps reproduce the issue.

Do not send passwords, API keys, session cookies, recovery codes, payment-card details, private keys, seed phrases, or other secrets.
