For each entry the scraper:\n\n- uses `prism:doi` as the unique key (upserted into SQLite),\n- builds the article link as `https://queue.acm.org/doi/full/`,\n- takes `dc:date` as the publication date,\n- splits `dc:creator` into authors — note ACM's feed concatenates multiple\n authors with no separator (e.g. `A. MeyerB. MeyerC.
