Nominations are open year-round. Anyone across the organization — not just the design team — can nominate a designer, for any category, based on any project(s).

The panel reviews every nomination submitted that quarter, along with its scores, and decides the winner in each category.

Winners announced — 1st of the next quarter

Results are shared at the start of the new quarter, alongside the next round of open nominations.
