Benepass × Vapi demo backend

This single small service is everything \"Benepass engineering\" provides. Vapi handles the voice agent, telephony, and orchestration.

POST /vapi/verify-email — authenticate a caller by checking their work email against the member directory
POST /vapi/tools — benefits, transactions, claims, Intercom KB search, chat history, ticket creation
POST /vapi/webhook — end-of-call report → Intercom ticket for every call (AI Resolved vs Escalated)
