The blob viewer's model (scoped-blob-viewer)\n\n**All-or-nothing, and it wants to stay that way.** Single owner-allowlist\ngate in one `app.use(\"*\")` middleware (`app.tsx:349-380`); no roles, no\nread-only tier, no anonymous surface, no machine/API credential of any kind.\nEvery route — including `/raw` byte serving — sits behind the session gate.\nAn admin panel over the host val's blob storage has no meaningful\npublic-read subset. **This is the \"fully gated integration\" case: the model\nmust express it cleanly, ideally as the zero-declaration default.**\n\n**Routed behavior.** Trusts `ctx.user` for authentication, applies its own\n`owners` allowlist on top; the `null` user of an ungated router cannot\nsatisfy a non-empty allowlist → 403 (`app.tsx:357-366`).\n\n**A hazard for pass-everything-through designs.** When `owner` is omitted,\n`owners` is `null` and the routed branch **skips the check entirely** —\n\"any logged-in user\" semantics are implemented as *no check*\n(`app.tsx:361`: `if (owners && ...)`).
