Do I need to furnish the unit myself?+

It's flexible \\u2014 you can furnish it yourself, or have Isento arrange furnishing and appliances with the cost deducted from the property's income over time. The same option applies to repairs. Either way, we'll advise on what's worth investing in before the unit goes live.

How and when do I get paid?+

\\n

Monthly, with an itemized statement showing gross bookings, utility deductions, our commission, and your net payout \\u2014 so nothing is a surprise.

Can I switch between short-term and long-term management?+

\\n

Yes. Some owners run short-term during peak season and switch to a long-term tenant otherwise. We'll advise on what your unit and location actually support.
