[`steel-dev`](https://github.com/steel-dev)\n- `GITHUB_REPO_NAME`: ie. [`steel-browser`](https://github.com/steel-dev/steel-browser/)\n- `GITHUB_TOKEN`:\n - **For public repos, or personal repos:** Go to [GitHub Personal Access Tokens](https://github.com/settings/tokens) → Generate new token (classic) → Select `repo` scope\n - **For org-owned repos:** Go to [GitHub Personal Access Tokens](https://github.com/settings/tokens) → Resource Owner → Select the org the repo belongs to → read access to `Contents`.
