Sourcing. Customer count is published and verified. The 8% and the €350 are Josef's estimates from discovery, not precise figures. Attach rate and Mews price are mine.

The 8% is a floor. It only counts properties integrated with the Mews API. An answering service or a standalone bot never touches it, and that guest gets an agent with no view of their reservation.

Margin is yours to set. What ElevenLabs charges Mews is a volume conversation, so the model takes a margin assumption rather than a cost. Move it and see what's left.

Delivery is usage-priced, so cost scales with call volume. A flat per-property retail price won't hold across the base. It wants tiering.
