To create a form in Hubspot:

1. Select Marketing > Forms on the left sidebar.
2. Create form the form:
3. Fill in all the relevant fields + map them to your CRM
4. Publish
5. Get embed code
6. Replace what's in ./index.html with the embed code
7. Your form is now live in ./main.tsx!
