\n Maintain the 15min SLA on{\" \"}\n Sentry-created tickets on Linear Triage: you are to route these tickets in \"Investigation\" to a\n collaborator of your choosing\n\n

Sentry monitoring

\n Monitor Sentry daily in the morning to make sure we're not missing anything (we know of cases where important\n bugs have been grouped by Sentry in ignored issues):{\" \"}\n \n this means checking the last 24h errors, even resolved ones.\n \n\n

Featurebase reports

\n Monitor Featurebase bugs, you can see\n them appear on #platform-feedback and you're expected to answer the poster, do some investigation and create\n the Linear ticket and route it for further investigation.\n\n
