🚀 My Background

I've led teams and scaled revenue in different regions and at different stages of growth. As a global VP of Sales Development, Revenue Enablement, and Solutions Consulting at Culture Amp, I managed a team of around 70 people across Australia, the US, the UK, and Europe as the business grew from $30M to $180M in ARR. Before that, I was part of the team that took InVision from $10M to $100M. Those experiences gave me a playbook for what it takes to grow globally, and now I use that to support founders and leadership teams facing similar challenges.

🌍 Current Focus

A lot of my current work is with UK and European SaaS companies looking to break into the US market. I help with entry strategy, hiring plans, and building repeatable sales and CS processes. I also spend time bringing AI into go-to-market — whether that's improving outbound productivity, grading sales calls automatically, or making CS workflows more efficient.
