Backfill Algorithm Demo

Scenario:

At 8:30 AM, the cron job reports 100 minutes of screen time, but the previous reading at 8:20 AM was 0 minutes. This means 100 minutes of usage appeared in a 10-minute window - an overflow situation.

Solution: Instead of clamping to 10 minutes and losing 90 minutes, we backfill the previous empty blocks (7:00-8:20 AM) to distribute the usage.
