Branch selftest evaluation 01a04c71-78f9-738e-9722-31b5fa974174 — PASS. The V3.6 authorizer fixture verifies; immediate authorizer downgrade, receipt tamper and forged merge are rejected; JIT and provider access stop at CUSTODY_NOT_READY; TEST_ONLY execution remains forbidden; ledger leaks no signature bytes; audit chain passes.

Static source audit: 22/22 PASS across trust pins, hashed JIT-only service auth, root-only preflight/execute, DRAFT-only JIT, no ref write, no JIT merge, exact bootstrap pins, main-drift abort, final lineage, native/review enforcement, exact-head merge, post-merge readback, explicit deploy gate and global NO_GO.
