• DEMO: a five-minute deterministic demo works from a clean checkout.
• TESTS: tests execute and results are reproducible.
• BENCHMARK: benchmark environment and class are disclosed; synthetic/local results are never presented as distributed live capacity.
• EVIDENCE: example output and hashes are retained.
• README: engineer-first entrypoint, limitations before long-term vision.
• DEDUP: repeated claims are consolidated and linked.
• SCALE: 10k/100k/1m remain TARGET_CAPACITY/DESIGN_CAPACITY unless stronger evidence exists.
• ENGAGEMENT: no fake stars, users, forks, citations, partnerships, or social proof.
• GITHUB: commit SHA and read-back required before claiming publication PASS.
