Required evidence: agent ID, work order, input evidence, output evidence, QA state, buyer confirmation, settlement evidence, SHA-256 evidence hash. Revenue is counted only after independently verifiable external settlement. Proposals, simulations, token balances, internal transfers and self-valuations are not external revenue.

Buyer need -> MORGAN routing -> NCA production -> CYBER HAK security review -> independent QA -> evidence hash -> human approval where required -> delivery -> verified settlement.

Before any production token integration: verify exact Polygon contract addresses, bytecode/source where available, owner/admin/minter/pauser/upgrader permissions, supply/mint behavior, transfer restrictions, proxy/upgrade controls, holder distribution, and wallet risk-warning cause. Use least privilege and delayed/two-step administration where technically appropriate.
