Langostino Autonomy Simulation Capability

Purpose: software-only research, simulation, code analysis, and bench validation of the Langostino ROS2 autonomous-drone reference platform.

Safety boundary: NO PHYSICAL ACTUATION from IMPERIAL cloud runtimes. No motor arming, no RC override to a real flight controller, no autonomous physical flight. Hardware flight requires a separate human-controlled bench/field procedure, local-law compliance, propellers-off bench validation, failsafes, and explicit human approval.

Validated in isolated Render FREE service imperial-langostino-validation: Python source syntax, Bash script syntax, ROS package XML, and presence of safety monitor, AI flight node, and configuration files.

Truth boundary: SOFTWARE_VALIDATED != ROS2_RUNTIME_VALIDATED != HARDWARE_VALIDATED != FLIGHT_VALIDATED.
