Dear Dearborn Park families,

Our Dearborn Park educators are currently in contract negotiations with Seattle Public Schools. The bargaining teams are working to reach an agreement and avoid a strike; however, bargaining has been moving slowly.

Teachers are asking families and community members to make their voices heard with two asks:

1. Sign the petition to encourage reaching a fair contract quickly.

2. Share your experience or testimony. Families can also submit a written testimony about their experiences with SPS schools, educators, staffing, services, or other issues that matter to their students. These stories may be brought directly to the bargaining table.
