Project that collects a few National Weather Service reports and makes them easier to view, or centralizes links to them.

Pretty much what I need 99% of the time already.

Could add:

• Radar links for MPX and DLH
• Summer storms?
• More formatting in the forecast discussion?
  • Better colors/consistent theming maybe?
