Players earn 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, and 0 points for a loss.
Positions are determined by total points, with rating as a tiebreaker.
Players gain 10 rating points for a win, 5 for a draw, and lose 10 for a loss.
All players start with a base rating of 1200.
